The Commons Conversations focus on one question from the perspective of what’s involved and what small steps we might take as leaders.

This Conversations will discuss: The way of leading involves “muddling” about. It involves not knowing which can be a threat to us as leaders when we’re supposed to know how to “fix”. How do I live into the vulnerability and risk this leadership invites?
